​Narayana Swamy Subbaraman is a freelance photojournalist and visual editor based out of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He is interested in documenting social and environmental issues, humanitarian stories and portraiture. He believes in the importance of living in the moment as well as the ability to humanize any given situation. He expertises in multimedia visual journalism producing high-quality reportages such as photo stories and video dispatches.

An undergraduate with a Bachelor's in Journalism from Madras Christian College, Chennai. His interest in photojournalism sparked off during his stint as a Photo Intern with The Hindu.
